PurrStainable was created because cat litter shouldn’t cost the earth - literally or financially.
Clay litter is heavy, dusty and environmentally costly. After years of using it at home, we realised how much waste it creates - and how little transparency there is around its impact. Most people don’t know clay litter is strip‑mined and ends up in landfill where it never breaks down.
We wanted something better for our home, our rescue cat Pumpkin, and the planet.
