Returns & Refunds

We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if not, you can return items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

To arrange a return, please contact us with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened cat litter products unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition or does not meet the criteria above.
